It’s that time of the year again, fall season! The boots are out, the hoodies are back and the leaves are changing colors. I don’t know about you, but this is my favorite time of the year and it’s one of the best perks of living in New England.
When some people think of fall they think of what comes after it, not me. I think of all the amazing things that happen during it. The apple picking, the pumpkin carving, the hiking, the football and the energy in the air; it’s indescribable.
Today I went to grab a big ol’ pumpkin for my front door step. I was filled with excitement as I stepped out my house and my face felt the brisk Autumn wind, sending chills down my body and goosebumps up my arm, reminding me it’s fall again! There is nothing like it.
So if you’re like me, you may want something warm and seasonal to eat for dinner that is still healthy but delicious. I have posted a link below to a quick 30minute or less Autumn chicken plate, enjoy!
